2.nail shall bottom by lay previously begin puch in,carry through in turn,not move tile after fixation tow nail.direction of nail puch in and roofing uprightness,top of nail and tile flush ,nail not open.
3.prevent nail lacerate exterior of tile.wrong of nail have correct at once.if nail puch bend,should pull out use special asphaltum glue repair tack hole,and puch in another nail by tack hole hereabout,if need,shall exchange whole tile.
Position of fixation nail:
1.In monolayer tile fixation nail,per tile have push 6 grains nail,primary floor use 4 grains nail.Position of nail lie ornamental seam up 16mm,space double end 25mm,and space per ornamental seam center about 25mm.
2.In double deck tile fixation nail,nail fixation line in special badge,space margin >/25mm.margin of nail and midst of nail space 203mm and 406mm,along line push in a grain nail.In the other end,repeat the same way.
二、 Fiberglass tile special asphaltum glue

To keep out of roofing leveling layer cement alkalescence more strong,after leveling layer dryness must brush coating two pass adhesive bitumen primer in the top.Brush coating must thin and uniformity,first time landscape orientation brush coating,second time vertical brush coating,per pass thickness 0.5-1.0mm,have not leave out brush,motting,air bladder,flow and so on .If grass roots facies more coarseness,shall before brush one pass adhesive bitumen primer which slow volatility .time of brush coating should 1-2 day after lay tile,to adhesive bitumen primer dryness and not flyblow ash layer.in this way can protect base of colour Fiberglass asphaltum tile and extend use life-span.
Note:strictly prohibit construct in rain or snow,or adhesive bitumen primer not solidify.

2、lay of first floor tile

3、lay of second floor tile
side of second floor first tile should alike in front of tile stagger 167mm,follow in all tile in turn down lay.lay monolayer tile ,hemline second floor tile should alike ornamental seam of first floor tile in top of flush,make sure tile of antecede lay open 143mm,make use of this spring horizontal line to tile hemline with cornice parallel,and use nail fixation.
4、lay of third floor tile
third floor first tile shall sheat off third ,to it alike side of second floor first tile stagger 167mm,lay monolayer tile,hemline tile should alike ornamental seam of second floor in top of flush.lay double tile,hemline tile should alike double of second floor tile in top of flush,follow use the all tile in turn lay.
5、lay of four floor tile
four floor first tile shall sheat off half,to it alike side of third floor first tile stagger 167mm.lay monolayer tile,hemline tile should alike ornamental seam of third floor in top of flush.lay double tile,hemline tile should alike double of third floor tile in top of flush,follow use the all tile in turn lay.
